A bungalow designed in 40’-52’ size rectangular plot.
It has east side main road abutting the plot.
We have planned G + 2 floors for bungalow.
As client’s requirement we have designed ground floor for him , first floor for rent purpose And second floor for servant room.
On ground floor we have planned 2 car parking.
From the steps and lobby, we are enter in the house.
Inside we have designed hall , Pooja space, 2 master bed room with attached toilet, common toilet, bedroom and kitchen.
We have planned staircase from the out side space.
On first floor we have planned 2 nos. of 2 BHK house.
In both house, we have planned drawing room, kitchen, Master bed room, common toilet and bed room.
On second floor we have planned Servant bed room with attached toilet and stair cabin, other space use as open terrace.
For elevation treatment we have used brown and white color combination and plaster design.
