A Shopping Complex designed in 50’ x 114’ size rectangular plot.
It has North side and East side main road abutting the plot.
It is Basement + Ground + First + Terrace Floor Structure.
In Basement, we have designed 2 Wheeler and 4 wheeler parking.
On Ground Floor we have planned few spaces for parking on front side.
On this floor we have planned shops and showrooms .
In back side corner part, we have planned washroom for male and female.
For access first floor we have planned Lift and Staircase.
On First floor we have designed OTS in mid passage space.
On this floor, We have designed shops and showrooms same as Ground floor.
On Terrace Floor we have planned staircabin.
We have covered the OTS by acrylic sheet.
For Exterior design we have used white and Red color ACP sheet.
