A - Brief about Parent Company:

The interests of the Group range from Architecture, Interiors, financial services, infrastructure, Restaurant management and entertainment.
B - Requirement:
Female Designers (married or unmarried – working or not working) who are enthusiastic, understands logic of designing and can work from home (or wherever they like)
C - Process of work:
A: We will send you by emails RDW - Clients requirements, Plot size, Road Side, North, margins to be left, total F.S.I. etc. We will also send you in the initial stage, sample CAD files with similar planning.

C: You need to make CAD ( always save as R-14 drawings format ) layouts( design as per your creativity but should be functional) of all floors as required with all inner measurements, hatching, furniture placement, doors windows, landscape etc..
D: Send this CAD layout to us. Then our other associates will start making the 3D Look for your planning.
E: For any coordination we will always use email correspondence or chat online.
D - Number of Projects and Time limit:
Once you have completed 13 Projects successfully then we will deposit Profit share in the next 7th of the coming Month. You need to Send Drawings within 3 days ( earlier is better). We will review all your CAD drawings sent to us. Small corrections will be done by us if required before sending it to Client. If we take more time for corrections then it shall be done by us and the Project will not be counted as successful by you.
We will always send you the Final Corrected Drawings for your previews.
E - Profit sharing and Reimbursement: 20% of the fees collected from Client by RDW from Designing Package only. You may earn around Rs. 9000 – Rs. 14000 per month. Additional Benefits like paid Group Trip to Architectural Marvel sites in other countries etc. after completion of 50 projects.

F – Payments to Associate.
Every 7th of the coming month Profit sharing shall be deposited in your Bank Account by RTGS transfer.
