Planning or Renovation for all Projects ( Less than 4000 Sq.ft. Total Built Up area ).

In this Package we will send you Plans as per your requirements. We will also send you 3D look of the Project. We will also do the changes as per your comments and suggestions.

Cost of Package A is Rs. 4000 and in US$ it is 77

	Package A1 - Planning Stage Planning or Renovation for all Projects ( More than 4,000 Sq.ft & Up to 1,00,000 Sq.Ft. Total Built Up area ).
In this Package we will send you Plans as per your requirements. We will also send you 3D look of the Project. We will also do the changes as per your comments and suggestions.
Cost of Package A1 is Rs. 8000 and in US$ it is 154
	Package B - Planning stage Use this for Upgrading Package or Corporation Approval drawings or Green - Energy Saving Designs etc...

In this Package we will send you Plans as per your requirements. We will also send you 3D look of the Project. We will also do the changes as per your comments and suggestions. Package C - Construction Stage
Construction Drawings for all Contractors and Carpenters.

Get Instant Detailed Drawings made in CAD software and sent in PDF format, with all details of Walls, furniture, Wood, Flooring, Electrical, False ceiling, Plumbing, Painting, Glass, Door/Windows, Staircase etc... as per need of the Design.
Any local Contractor can read these drawings for Construction.

Cost of Package C is Rs. 5000 and in US$ it is 96

Package D - Planning Stage
Estimate and Bills of Quantity.

Get Instant Detailed Estimate / Total Cost of Construction. Certified copy with stamp of Registered Architect. This document is valid for any Bank Loan Process.

Cost of Package D is Rs. 1500 and in US$ it is 29

Package E - Construction Stage
Structural Design Drawings.

Get Instant Structural Design. (Not required for Interior Design projects). Cost effective Structural Design in conjunction with Architectural Drawings. This includes Details of Foundation, Columns, Ground Beams & Plinth Beams, Load Bearing walls, Lintels, Slabs & Staircase etc. All Design & Detailing shall be confirming to relevant IS Codes.

Cost of Package E is Rs. 3250 and in US$ it is 62

Package F - Construction Stage
Site Supervision by our Experienced Engineers anywhere in India*

Need a Supervisor / Engineer. Let us know! We will supervise and complete your project. Cost of this package Rs. 25000 or 8% of total cost, whichever is more for six months duration*

Cost of Package F is Rs. 25000 and in US$ it is 481 or 8% of total cost, whichever is More.

Package G - Construction Stage
Complete Management of Project*

Need complete management of the Project from labor to material?. Then call us now at +91-0265-3252634 or email us at raydesignworld@gmail.com. The above Design Cost, Estimate Cost, Construction Drawing cost and Structure Cost shall be adjusted in this Package Fees.

Cost of Package G is 20 % on the Total Actual Construction cost.

Terms & Conditions: In case of Interior Designing 3D images of Bathrooms, Store and Utility Areas are not made. We have a fixed cost system irrespective of size, location, type of project from House to Hotel (total built up should be less than 1,00,000 sq.ft.). Every thing will be sent by Email only. Printouts may be couriered at an extra cost. For Projects having more than 1,00,000 Sq.Ft. Built up area, Design charges may be inquired by sending mail to raydesignworld@gmail.com or by calling at +91 0265-3252634. The above price after payment stays valid for 3 months only. It would be counted as new project afterwards. Various cost may change as per the Company policies, any moment, for the *new clients and shall be stated above. “Rs." is currency for India.
