Package A
Interior Planning , 3D Interior Views and Virtual Interior Design Tour for any Project.

1-Get all floor Plans of all rooms with furniture layout and Interior 3D Views in your email in Rs. 6500 only up to 4000 Sq.ft.

2-Changes shall be done as per your suggestions up to three times only.

3-Once the furniture layout - planning and 3D Interior Views are finalized by you, then Virtual Interior Tour of each room shall be made, one by one at an extra cost of Rs. 6500. Changes are not Possible in this.

4-Virtual Tour shall be made of the complete Project except of Bathroom, Toilet, store, utility room. They shall be charged Rs. 1800 per room extra,if required.

Cost of Package A is Rs. 6500 and in US$ 133

Package B
Virtual Interior Design for Rs. 1800 per room. Charges for Projects bigger than 4000 Sq.ft., may be inquired at +91-0265-3252634. Then fill the said amount below.

1-Plans with furniture layout and 3D Views of the complete Project shall be sent to you by email (except Bathrooms, Storage's, Utility room).

2-Changes shall be done as per your suggestions three times maximum.

3-Once the Plan and 3D Views are finalized by you, then Virtual Tour shall be sent.

Construction Drawings for all Contractors and Carpenters.

Get Instant Detailed Drawings made in CAD software and sent in PDF format, with all details of Walls, furniture, Wood, Flooring, Electrical, False ceiling, Plumbing, Painting, Glass, Door/Windows, Staircase etc... as per need of the Design.
Any local Contractor can read these drawings for Construction.

Cost of Package C is Rs. 6500 and in US$ 133

Package D
Estimate and Bills of Quantity.

Get Instant Detailed Estimate / Total Cost of Construction. Certified copy with stamp of Registered Architect. This document is valid for any Bank Loan Process.

Cost of Package D is Rs. 3500 and in US$ 71

Package E
Structural Design Drawings.

Only required if Civil changes are required in the existing building. Once your Construction Drawings are ready as per Package C, you may hire a local civil engineer to help you and visit your site. You may also find our Franchisee nearest to your city.

Cost of Package E is Rs. 0

Package F
Site Supervision by our Experienced Engineers anywhere in India*

Need a Supervisor / Engineer. Let us know! We will supervise and complete your project. Cost of this package Rs. 35000 or 8% of total cost, whichever is more for six months duration*

Cost of Package F is Rs. 35000 and in US$ 714 or 8% of total cost, whichever is More.

Package G
Complete Management of Project*

Need complete management of the Project from labor to material; let us know by calling now at +91-0265-3252634 or email us at raydesignworld@gmail.com The above Design Cost, Estimate Cost, Construction Drawing cost and Structure Cost shall be adjusted in this Package Fees.

Cost of Package G is 20 % on the Total Actual Construction cost.
